Waterloo Region real estate sales, are they getting hot for the summer or cooling down? Many have asked this question and here is a quick update:
There has been a decline in sales during the month of June in 2017 but the average prices remain higher than June 2016. In Cambridge and North Dumfries, there were 240 single-family residential units sold last month, a drop of nearly 12% compared to a year ago.
In Cambridge, the average single-family detached price was $514,451, a jump of nearly 30% over June 2016.
